Remember Your word to Your servant, for You have given me hope (Psalm 119:49).
Our Lord God Almighty, Your Name is Faithful and True (Revelation 19:11). You do not change like shifting shadows (James 1:17). Every promise You have given us is cause for hope, because God does not lie (Titus 1:2; Hebrews 6:18).
We thank You most of all for Your promise to be with us. You said You will never leave us or forsake us.
With each new day, bring to our recall the reality of Your presence so that we are filled with Your hope, Your joy, Your strength. Whatever the circumstances. Even in trials and difficulties. Even in trouble and sickness. Even in evil and injustice. Even in the valley of the shadow of death.
Thank You, Lord, that You go with us; You guard our minds against fear—fill us with strength and endurance (Deuteronomy 31:6).
Thank You, Lord, that You go before us; You remain with us—fill us with hope and resolve (Deuteronomy 31:8).
Thank You, Lord, that You protect and deliver us; no one will be able to stand against us—fill us with trust and security (Joshua 1:5).
Thank You, Lord, that You stay with us; we are never out of Your sight—fill us with confidence and courage (Joshua 1:9).
Thank You, Lord, that You provide for us; You will never abandon us—fill us with gratitude and contentment (Hebrews 13:5).
Every day in the midst of uncertainty and difficulty, we remember Your promises and the hope they give. We remember the assurance from Your word, Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness (Lamentations 3:22-23).
Thank You for Your great faithfulness. Thank You for Your daily sufficient grace. Remember us, O Lord. We rest upon Your hope-filled word.
